Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Carrier Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Kalmm is not responsible for unexpected carrier delays caused by weather, high-volume seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within 15 days from the date of shipment, please contact us at support@kalmm.co.uk. We will consider the package lost in transit and promptly arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost to you.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
